All campus copiers will be decommissioned on 31.03.2023 and the credit on student ID cards and ServiceCards (non-personalised) cannot be refunded.


To copy, print or scan via the campus copiers (Locations here) you need credit on your ServiceCard or your student ID card.

Here you will find the terms and conditions for the use of CAMPUSDRUCK. All campus copiers will be decommissioned on 31.03.2023. Credit will not be refunded and should therefore be used by this date.

  • ServiceCards (not personalised) are available at the Copycenter (SSC 01/219, service hours) and at card vending machines in the University Library (Level 0, opening hours)  as well as in the Library ZRS  (Level 04, opening hours).
  • RUB institutions can purchase ServiceCards at the Print Centre (UV 01/46, service hours), where they are to be settled via a financial centre.

Student ID cards can be activated in the Copy Centre (SSC 01/219, service hours) in order to be able to load a credit afterwards.

  • ServiceCards (not personalised) and student ID cards can be topped up at the Copy Centre (SSC 01/219, service hours) and at the card machine in the ZRS library (Ebene 04, opening hours).
  • RUB institutions can top up their ServiceCards at the Print Centre  (UV 01/46, service hours) , where they are to be charged via a financial centre.
    The charge can also be made by e-mail to (Necessary details: Card ID, desired amount, funds centre / decentralised budget).

What will happen without campus copiers?

Students can already use the Copy Centre in the Student Service Centre (SSC E01/219 | service hours) for copying, printing and binding (further information).
Here you can make copies on the spot, order prints or send data in advance by e-mail to You can pay in cash or by EC card.

Faculties, institutes and other RUB institutions can send data by e-mail to or personally to the Print Centre (UV 01/46 | Servicezeiten), as is currently the case. Payment is made via finance centre / invoice.

Another option, which is particularly suitable for institutions that are not located on campus, is to purchase their own copier - as a self-procurement.
